GetGo Lifestyle Rewards Program Review

I have waited for my card for 4 months and 5 days.

GetGo is a new lifestyle rewards program from Cebu Pacific. It launched somewhere in late 2014. I was hoping they launched this earlier than that. Hahaha, those time when I still travel a lot!

Well anyways, right now the personalized card cost you 150 pesos but you can actually get free cards on the airports. I have seen agents giving out Get Go cards at Gate 8 Mactan Airport.

I applied December but got the card after 4 months and 5 days. I am not sure what took it so long to delivered but at least it was delivered. I started making follow-ups through email last February and receive the April. It took 20+ emails before I got it. They just keep repeating their reply, I just keep repeating my request. Until they were probably annoyed, they called me to assure it was taken care of but still took a while before I got the card and still email them regularly to make a follow-up until I finally got the card. It was a very annoying experience waiting for my card to arrive but at least the support was responsive.

Like any other reward cards, you can use your points to purchase free flights. I am trying to save points to get free flights to South Korea. Hahaha.

I haven't use any of points yet but booking using your points is quite easy. The website will guide you and it is pretty straightforward process.

Another thing is, you can also pool points with other Get Go members. You can create a circle with your friends and families and merge all your points. You can use your group points to purchase free flights. In my case, I registered my family members and join them in my circle so I can use their points. Hahaha!

Get Go Rewards Card
That's my card! Though late, but was relieved it arrive. I hope they can add more features to this program like more ways to earn points other than Cebu Pacific purchases and Credit Cards Points conversion. So far, I like the program.

Cebu Pacific Accepts Paypal

This is good news for Paypal account holders who love booking at Cebu Pacific. Payments are made much easier because Cebu Pacific is now accepting payments through Paypal. And I love it!

Plus, lately I noticed that if you opt to pay via payment centers, you still have the option to pay via credit card in case you were not able to catch up with the cut off time for your preferred payment centers. This is also an advantage if you are still undecided with your flight schedule. Book now, pay later though you should pay within the day or else it will be cancelled.  I am not sure if this works if you are not a registered user.

To retrieve back your booking, simply go to Manage Bookings > All Bookings > locate your pending flight and click on View Itinerary. Then you will find this on the mid part of the page.

After clicking on it, you will have the option to pay through credit cards, Paypal and Alipay.

Theses upgrades are making my life easier. (Buhay nang taga book nang flight nang buong clan! Hahaha)

Cebu Pacific Air: No More Fuel Surcharge

Ain't that sweet guys? As I was trying to check for a cheap flights for Cebu next week, I saw this welcome message from Cebu Pacific Air home page. No More Fuel Surcharge!

Piso fare will be now much cheaper (I think so!). But I still have to find it out on their next promo. I am just so happy. This means more travels for me in the future.

Is Philippine Airlines doing the same too? I also checked their website but I didn't see any notifications for that. They might follow as well in the next few days. (Maybe, right?)

Buddha's Surf Resort Siargao, Phillippines

After booking our tickets to Siargao through Cebu Pacific's Piso fare, I spent whole night looking for a place to stay in Siargao. Since it will be my first time there and none of my friends can actually give me a good tips about there so I had to do a research on my own.

So all my search lead me to Buddha's. So I inquired and made a reservation online by emailing them. I booked the superior room with breakfast at P 2650.00 per night. I initially booked for 3 nights only, then our flight was re-booked so I had to add another 1 night.

At the airport we were greeted by the driver with my name on the sign board. It was a good idea to book your airport transfer as I don't notice any public vehicle around the airport. The trip from the airport to the resort is almost 1 hour at 60/km drive. At the resort, we were greeted by the staff with all smiles that will make you feel really welcome. As you enter, there bar is on the right side, a place to a volleyball and a little walk will be 5 room building. Ours was the only room on the second floor. After the staff showed us our room, about 5 minutes our welcome drinks was serve. Too bad I was not able to enjoy it as it has a cola. I don't drink cola.

Birthday boy playing candy crush

This is the view from our room. The place is well maintained and very clean. The green grounds where you can play or just relax at the hammocks. You can play badminton here, you can borrow rackets at the bar.

Our room was big and very spacious. I didn't had the to take a picture though but it was really neat. It has its own walk in closet so no need worry about cluttered clothes all over. The bathroom was also huge. Mattress is very comfortable plus the very large flat screen TV is our favourite. The room is quite pricey from but from the amenities and the service I receive from staff. It was all worth it.

Aside from the excellent accommodation, the food at Buddha's Surf Resort Siargao was the best and is a must try. They serve one of the best sandwiches I have ever tasted. There Angus beef burger and Tuna Sandwich was really delicious. The only downside is that the serving time which takes longer than usual. But it was all worth the wait. You should also try their Burrito and Curry. My bf loves their curry.

Surprisingly, the internet connection in Siargao is pretty good. I didn't have problems doing my work while I was there. Also, Cloud 9 is a bit far (2.5 km) from the resort, but you can rent a motor bike.

It was fun staying here. :)

River Rafting at Cagayan de Oro

River rafting at Cagayan de Oro City, FUN!

Kids getting excited! We took the Advance Package which cost us Php 1000 each and Php 500 fee for the whole group for the pictures. At first, I felt that Php 500 was a bit expensive for the pictures but after I have seen the CD, it was all worth it. You can really see in these kids faces' all smiles. They are too excited for the fun and adventure ahead of them.

As far as I have remembered, I think the Advance package for the river rafting has 21 rapids and it lasted for 4-5 hours. It was a good idea for us to bring lunch with during the fun and ate in the middle of our adventure while taking breaks.

That's me on the rock!...

If you go to Cagayan de Oro City, don't forget to try and experience river rafting. You can contact CDO Bugsay and book your adventure.

Pick up is at 7:30AM near Dunkin Dougnuts divisoria. You will be fetched by a jeepney with blue boats on top of it. Same jeepney you will be on riding going to the mountains. It's good to wear leggings and warmer to avoid sunburn. Sunblock didn't work! :D

Thanks to Jhong the photographer and to our river guide, which I forgot the name.

High Five! BUGSAY!

Hof Gorei Resort, Samal

Category: Travel
Destination: Samal Island, Davao

It was my birthday treat for my BF's birthday. Thanks to Cebu Pacific's piso fares for making it happen. I booked 2 tickets to Davao for his birthday and stayed in Samal Island for 2 nights.

After doing a research whole night on where to stay in Samal, we finally decided to stay in Hof Gorei. We booked the Romantic Getaway Package which is P3500 each. Bookings were very easy and the customer service who attended to our queries via email was prompt and accommodating.

We arrived at Davao Airport at 8:00 AM so we ate our breakfast first while waiting for the time to pass since the boat transfer from Davao to Samal will arrive at 10:00 AM. From the Airport, we rode a taxi going Sta. Ana wharf. Mind you, the wharf has no place for waiting passengers. If you go there earlier than your scheduled time, you may need to deal with the heat of the sun plus the dusty atmosphere coming from trucks loading and unloading products. Not to include the persistent pearl sellers.

So finally our boat has arrived. The trip going to the resort took almost an hour. So better bring with you some foods to eat while on board. At the resort wharf, we are greeted with our personal butler with our drinks and our cool towels. That was nice! After sightseeing for a while, I noticed how clear the sea is. You can see the ocean life clearly.

Our villa was a few meters from the beach. I really like the atmosphere there. The place is perfect for couples who want to spend time relaxing with themselves. The place is free from any noise of the city life. Beach with white sand is so adorable, you can set your breakfast, lunch or dinner there if you want for a romantic feel. Rooms are quite spacious, with a separate toilet and bath and a private veranda. And foods are so delicious. It's worth to mention specially their Tinolang Manok, my favorite among the foods we have ordered.

The downside on this resort however is the internet. I really had a problem connecting to the internet as a result, I was not able to work most of projects while there. Internet connection is only available on the wharf area that is about 100 meters away from the resort. The connection too is not stable.

Also, if you are staying here, the price is 3 times higher than the regular price but don't worry, they accept major credit cards so you don't have to worry if you have no cash with you. Also, no grocery stores or ATMs nearby.

Island hopping was included in our package. It was a whole day activity. We were lucky we are only 2 groups to have Island Hopping that day and the other couple was also cool. The whole day activity felt more romantic and exclusive because there are only few people on board. Less noise and possible annoying individuals. :) The only thing I was disappointed with during that day was food. I didn't know I have to pay for it and was charged almost P1000 for that. If I would have known that, I should have ate more or ordered the ones that I love to eat on the beach.

But overall, my Hof Gorei stay was memorable and worth every penny I have paid for. Thanks to Micoy our personal butler who attended to our needs during our stay.

Enchanted Lights and Sound Experience

Category: Travel
Type: Events
My Rating:

This was during our travel in Manila last December. My Tita keeps telling us to watch the show at Makati and I didn’t bother to listen as she keeps talking about it. Because we were travelling kids, so after shopping at Ermita, Kuya Godo drove us Makati. As an adult watching the show for about 30 minutes, I felt like I was a kid again. It was like a part from of a 90’s fairy tale movies made into a reality! And the good thing is, YOU CAN EVEN WATCH IT FOR FREE! (Hihihi)

Honda Bay Palawan (Day 3)

Category: Travel Destination
Location: Honda Bay, Palawan

And my last tour schedule for was set for Honda Bay.

Around 8AM, I was already fetched by the tour guide. Before going to the pier, we had to stop by a snorkeling gear hop for those who want to snorkel.

Our first stop is the Pambato Reef. This is a guided snorkeling spot where you have to follow the ropes to find your way and get to view the beautiful area under the ocean.

Next was the Isla Pandan, we stayed here until 2 PM. We had our lunch here too. It was a great sunny day which makes the island more beautiful with the blue waters and white sands surrounding it.

By 2 PM, we were set to go back to the main Puerto Prinsesa. Before that, we stopped by at this island for about 15 minutes for picture taking.

And that's all for my Honday Bay tour. :) Coming back? Hmmm.. I guess not, but it was beautiful though.

Puerto Princesa Subterranean River National Park Tour (Day 2)

Category: Travel Destination
Location: Puerto Princesa, Palawan

The famous Puerto Princesa Subterranean River National Park Tour was the schedule for our 2nd day. The Puerto Princesa Subterranean River National Park is now one of the New7Wonders of Nature. I was thankful I had the chance to visit this place. What makes this tour more enjoyable was my tour mates who were beautiful family taking a vacation together. The day was more fun being with them. Too bad I have a bad memory, I can’t remember their names na.

On our way to the famous PPUR, we had many stops. I was fetched by the new tour guide, Jane around 8:30 AM.

10:30AM – Our first stop is Buenavista Viewdeck. Oh, not really, I think it the 2nd one, I forgot that we stopped at a tourist comfort room first where a little girl asked me for a bless (mano po) while waiting for the rest. Going back to Buenavista, when we arrived there, the young girls started dancing a Hawaiian dance to welcome us. I took pictures from the breathtaking view of Ulugan Bay during our stop for about 10 minutes and head back to our van.

Ulugan Bay, 180 degree view from the view deck
10:58AM – Ugong Rock Adventure was our next destination. You can do Zip line and Spelunking here which I didn’t try, I enjoyed myself by looking around the plants and other tourist while waiting for my tour mates who went to try the activities.

12:34PM – We stopped by at Karsdt Mountain to take pictures for about 10 minutes. I am already hungry!!

Karsdt Mountain
Karsdt Mountain
12:59PM – We finally arrived at Sabang Beach. We had to walk about 100 meters along the beach side for our lunch which is a little bit of a disappointment for me. I didn’t like the food that much and it’s not even looking delicious. It’s not the kind of food I usually get when eating in a buffet. I was expecting a buffet like what we get to see in Boracay where you can choose from several seafood dishes!

Sabang Beach
1:30PM – After our lunch, we head back to the port for our banca ride going to the Famous Underground River. We had to wait for a few minutes to get our assigned bancas. The ride going to island is bit rough because the tides are starting to get stronger. It took us around 20min to get to the island.

2:08PM – And finally, we arrived at the island. We took pictures for a while and wait for our travel guide to finish the arrangements necessary for the tour. The island has a wild animals roaming around, and beforehand, we were told not to feed any of the wild animals. Also we were warned with our bags and plastics bags because the monkeys around the island may grab it.

2:20PM – We head to the entrance of the underground river where the tourist wait for their number to called. So while waiting for our number, we took pictures around the island. Everybody in the group was busy with their camera, smiles and pose. Then suddenly it started to rain for about 20-30 minutes and we have to stop what we are doing.

Entrance to the Underground river
3:01PM – Finally it’s our turn. Everybody on the group is ready with their helmets and life jackets. The teens in our family are just so excited which makes me feel excited too. As we slowly enter the cave, the boat man which also acts our guide, started to lecture us about the cave. Inside is very dark and all that we have is the flashlight to light our path. I was kinda freaking a bit inside thinking for a crocodile would suddenly emerge from the waters or the cave would suddenly crumble and we will be trapped inside. Thought it was dark inside, it will also give you the best view for the stalactites and stalagmites that are shining like a diamond. You can also see inside the cave different formation of stalactites and stalagmites such as the cathedral, Mary, vegetables and many more. There is also a bat cave where most of the bats inside the river stay.

3:44PM – We have finished the tour which runs for about 45 minutes and I was really relieved to see the sunlight.

3:55PM – We went back to beach where our banca going back to Sabang was waiting. Then it suddenly rained. So we had to stay until the rain slows down.

4:13PM – The rain slows down so we took the ride back. But instead while we are on the middle of our trip, it suddenly rain again and the ocean current are starting to get stronger. But everybody kept calm until we reached the mainland. Everybody was soaked with both rain and sea.

4:30PM – After washing up, though not all of us have brought extra clothes, we immediately leave for the city. And on our way, everybody was asleep including me and except the driver.

Around 6PM – I asked the driver to drop me at Robinson’s and bid my goodbye to my lovely tour mates. They even invite me to join them at Kinabuch, but I declined politely though I really want to.
My 2nd day at Palawan was the day I enjoyed the most.

Happy Kid at the end of the day! :)

Palawan City Tour Experience (Day - 1)

Category: Travel Destination
Location: Puerto Princesa, Palawan

Here's my Puerto Prinsesa City tour experience. As what normally tours are, you are only given 15 - 20 minutes each destination for picture taking and sight-seeing. Introduction and history telling was usually done by our tour guide in the van. Usual payment is 600 pesos.

07:05AM – Arrived at Cebu early in the morning. I visited the Basilica Minore del Sto. Niño de Cebu and had breakfast nearby before heading to Mactan Airport for my Puerto Prinsesa flight.

11:32AM – Our plane landed safely at Puerto Princesa Airport and the pension driver to pick me up was already waiting outside. I love how the van kept clean and comfy. When I arrived at the Tres Pensionne House, the place is quite and relaxing. I love the place but I hate that it’s a bit far from the main road.

01:21PM – The tour guide picked me up at the pensione house. I like him a lot as his so lovely and friendly. When I went to the van, a family who’s also on tour was with us. And later went to Astoria to pick up 2 Japanese nationals who are also booked with us for the City Tour.

02:21PM – We arrived at our first stop, at the Baker’s Hill. The place is quite nice and relaxing, well-maintained and picturesque landscapes. Inside, there is also a restaurant where you can order foods, the bakery, souvenir shop which sells t-shirts and also outside the bakery are few tables selling pearls. I love the chocolate crinkle sold in the bakery, it is very delicious. After 1 hour, we moved to our next destination.

L: One of the beautiful landscapes found at Baker's Hill
R: These are real flowers arranged beautifully
03:19PM – Not so far from the Baker’s Hill is the Mitras Ranch. According to the tour guide, the place is the rest house of the Mitra family. Well, the place is really nice and is really good for relaxing except for the busy tourist. Zip line and horse back riding is also available here but you have to pay for it if you want to try. We stayed here for 15 minutes for picture taking and headed to our next stop.

View on Mitra's Ranch ruined by the remains from a forest fire
03:46PM – Our next destination is the Crocodile Farm, the home of the largest crocodile in the Philippines before Lolong. It’s like a mini zoo, not only crocodiles are found here but some of the rare animals that we don’t usually see are also found here and not just that, you can take pictures with them for only 20-30 php.

The crocodiles!

04:50PM – After the world famous Calvin Klein ordered stuffs from Binuatan Creations, it became famous and became one of the tourist destination for city tour in Puerto Prinsesa. The staffs here will teach you how to weave the placemats and will let you do it too. Also, a store is located inside where you can also buy their products placemats, bags, wallets, etc at reasonable price.

05:16PM – We went to Plaza Cuartel, it is said that in this place is where the American soldiers were killed by the Japanese. According to our tour guide, the underground which was the prison cell is kept close because of the deadly gas fumes that can still be harmful among locals.

05:30PM – Just across Plaza Cuartel the Immaculate Conception Cathedral. The tour guide will let you visit for about 5-10minutes for picture taking and pray for Catholics like me.

06:15PM – We headed to a pearl store which I forgot the name. The pearls are so attractive and I regretted it I didn’t buy a pair for the South Sea Pearl.

06:30PM – The other group with us asked to take them to the souvenir shop or the tyangge. I bought few t-shirt and some cashew nut products. I love the cashew Tart they sell there. The time is very limited so I wasn’t able to buy everything I wanted.

07:00PM – Headed back to Tres Pension House.

Overall, my Puerto Princesa City tour was not that great but good enough. Worth for what you paid for. My many thanks to the amazing tour guide (I think it was Jeffrey) who never fails to offer to take a picture for me instead of taking selcas myself.

Mountain View Natures Park, Busay Cebu

Category: Travel Destination
Location: Busay, Cebu

Thinking about a good place to relax and escape the busy life of Cebu? I recommend Mountain View Natures Park at Busay. I really had a good time here last weekend with nephew and baby. And also one of the best weekends I’ve spent in Cebu so far.

The place is a mountain resort which overlooks the city. The view there at night is really magnificent. You can do a lot of thing there aside from sightseeing. They have a pool if you like swimming, and for those who like to get physical and experience adventure, they have Rope Course Adventure for you. It’s a good place to spend the weekend to relax without spending too much.

Getting there is quite easy. You just need to go to JY Square, and there, motor drivers will approach and ask. Just tell them you are going to Mountain View Natures Park. Just take note that each motor is only 100 pesos. We were asked 120 each motor upon going the resort and later we know that the price is only 100 pesos (the guard told us). Taxi drivers won’t take you there so you take the motorcycles.

Entrance Fees: P50/person
Rope Course Adventure: P150/person
Shoes and socks rentals (for those who are wearing slippers/sandals): P100/person
Pool Entrance: 100/person per day
Cottages (aircon and non aircon available): P900-1200
They also have bigger cottages for larger groups (e.g. going for team building)

I'm really coming back here!!!!

My nephew having soooo much fun with rope adventure course. He was very tired after! Haha

Valentines Day 2012

Happy Valentine’s Day!

This year, I am spending my Valentines in Boracay. But this time, I am not certain if I will be able to enjoy the trip. I am going with someone whom I feel awkward with. I don’t know what this trip will turn out in the end, but whatever it is, I will make sure I will be enjoying the beach and the white sand. And yes, this time I am trying out Zorb and Glass Bottom Boat ride! Can’t wait for that! J

Katy Perry Weekend

Date: January 22, 2012
Venue: MOA Concert Grounds

Yes, even if it’s very late I still want to brag about it. My Katy Perry experience, even if I wasn’t able to see her close up. Well, at least I had the chance to listen to her live.

I won in a twitter game from @flyPAL. As a reward, they are giving out Silver tickets for Katy Perry California Dreams Concert. Thanks @flyPAL!

Here is the tweet from @flyPal.

Thank you @flyPal.

Here is my complimentary silver ticket courtesy of PAL. We went to Makati office to claim it but we weren't able to make it on-time. My aunt claimed it for me instead. I watched the concert with my pretty nieces at MOA concert grounds. All I can see are the people in front of me. I didn't get any chance to see what's happening on the stage live. Hahaha... Thanks for the white screens on the sides, I was still able to see what was happening on stage. It's just like watching Katy on big screen and have your speakers turned on to its maximum volume. But at least, I still had fun!

All I see are these heads! hehe..

I think MOA Concert grounds isn't a good place to hold a concert, people at the back won't get any chance to see what was happening on the stage. At least I have done something on my 2 day break at Manila instead of staying at my aunt’s house! Hehehe…

My Trip to Mama Mary, Going to Simala

Category: Travel
Location: Marian Hills, Lindogon, Simala

Going to Simala is pretty easy. I went there with my boyfriend and his brother. It's about 2 hours from Cebu City when you ride with Ceres Bus. First time namo tong nag-adto so pareha mi tanan wa kabalo sa dalan. But gladly, wa rapod baya mi nawala. Daghan man pod diay mi kasakay na nanaug sa Simala.

Nanukad mi sa Bus Terminal didto doul sa E-mall, (they call it city link, ambot ug ngano), we were asked by the dispatchers kun asa mi and we were told to pay terminal fee na P10.00 if we are going to Simala. We waited for a while since napuno naman ang bus pag-abot namo. Among nabayran kay murag P80.00 sa aircon bus paadto sa Simala. Pag abot didto, daghan mana mga driver sa habal-habal magtagad mangita pasahero. Heart of Visayas: Cebu

Category: Travel
Location: Cebu

I’ve been going to Cebu for about 5 times now, and I’ve been thinking of recollecting my memories as to where and what landmarks and famous places I have visited.

According to wikipedia.com, there are 6 traditional landmarks for Cebu. These are:

Basilica Minore del Santo Niño
Fort San Pedro
Lapu Lapu shrine
Magellan's Cross
Magellan shrine
Cebu Taoist Temple

And yes! I have visited all these places. The sad part is I wasn't able to get pictures when I was there on some of these landmarks.

Basilica Minore del Santo Niño

February 2011 was my first visit there. Basilica Minore del Santo Niño is known to be the oldest church in the Philippines. When you visit Cebu, it is imperative among tourist that you visit the church not just to take pictures but to visit and thank Sto. Niño, the patron saint of Cebu. My baby always take me to the church when I visit him in Cebu, but the last time I went there we we're not able to because we didn't have much time and also we went to Mama Mary in Simala.

Magellan's Cross

Me and baby @ Magellan's Cross

The Magellan's Cross is just next to Basilica Minore del Santo Niño. It is not hard to locate it. It just a small circled room with a cross in middle of it surrounded with unlighted colored candles. Also, surrounding the shrine are the candle vendors. I still don't get it why the candles are not lit and where do the older candles go. If the vendors are there for a long time, could it be that shrine must be full of stacked candles already? If someone can enlighten me, please, I’ll be very happy to know why. My first visit there was also February 2011.

Cebu Taoist Temple

Me and classmates @ Taoist Temple

This is the first landmark I’ve been to. First went there last December 2008. I can’t recall where the place is located, but it’s worth the visit there. The place is calm and relaxing. It’s my first time to visit a Taoist temple; I was so amazed with the place, the architectures and the gardens – all are great views and worth the visit. I planned to visit the place again.

Fort San Pedro

I didn't have the chance to explore everything in the site when I was there because I was too tired to check the place and our bus only took a few minutes to stop there. When we visit there last December 2008, the entrance to the fort had some paintings and items with history facts. I’m not sure if it’s the same till now.

Lapu Lapu shrine and Magellan shrine

My classmates

The place was nice for picture taking and for history fieldtrips. You can also find lots of history facts in the park. Outside the park also are vendors of native goods such as guitars, bags and accessories at a very affordable price. I bought a bracelet as a souvenir for 10 pesos back then.

I would probably check back these places and see any improvements if I have a chance. And that’s my recollection of memories.

My Lucky Day!

I personally want to thank Cebu Pacific Air for their very low rates, especially there Piso Fare Promos. I have the chance to easily fly to Cebu and spend my weekend without the worry of spending too much on my fare.

Last October 15, I enjoyed another Piso Fare ticket, and aside from that, I won their in-flight games. I really had a feeling I’m gonna win that time, and yes, I was the last winner! Yey!..

Here's my prize for showing them the new 20 Peso bill.

Thanks Cebu Pacific for making my flight a pleasant one! LOL!!

Loving the Island of Boracay!

Category: Travel
Location: Boracay Island

Ah, Yeah... I bet I have mentioned this before that I will definitely going back to this paradise…

Hello Boracay… It was sunny day when we arrived that day, ideal for our beach activities, and thank God for this weather, me and best friend was able to do reef walk, our top-of-list activity for this trip.

So we went to our resort and put on our bikinis. We took a walk along the beach, and looking for some locals that can help us about the reef walk. I know they are all over on the island, so it wasn’t that hard looking for one. So we met this lady, she was nice. We were planning to get our lunch first before going for reef walk, but because of excitement we decided to do it first. The lady was nice, she have warned us that the next day will have a low pressure coming on the island and that afternoon will be a safer time to have reef walk because the sea is calm.

Here we are, our ride to the site for our reef walk… so excited. Can’t you see it with our smiles in our face! I feel like im like a kid excited to open my Christmas gift. Hahaha. (I want to thank the driver who offered to take our picture. :)

I didn’t know that the helmet was soooooooo heavy! We spent our time underwater taking pictures. But of course, we didn’t take it our selves,  a guide is with you to take all your pictures, in any angle you want, you can sit, you can lie, what ever pose you can think of. After that, we fed the fishes, that was the coolest part! All the fishes around comes near you, it’s like you are in a big aquarium. I found nemo’s cousins there! Hehe.

The next day was a bad day, it was raining so we haven’t had the chance to get tanlines. But still we managed to enjoy our trip.

And we are going for our ATV ride on the other side of the island!

This after the briefing and signing the waiver. Our guide, lecturing us how to use the ATV! We have to wear raincoats.

And we are ready to roll!

Our First stop is where the biggest fruit bat I have ever seen. The Everland Aviary Park. Mostly, what they have there are different kinds of birds.  Actually, I find the place unique, the management are so creative in making the old jet ski and boats as the home for the birds.

I took pictures of some of the living creatures at the aviary.

This place is marked as picture area, so we took our picture here too! J

So heading to our next stop! The Tanawin View Point where you can view the whole island of Boracay!

She's tired taking these steps up to the tower!

Taking pictures! Overlooking  Bulabog Beach…

And yeah! At last we are here at the tower!.. I forgot what beach is in our background but I believe it’s the white beach.

Not the typical Boracay white beach eh? Bad weather when we were there so the beach isn’t that busy.

After taking our long walk at the white beach, we stopped by at Jonah’s….

And of course don’t forget to visit the grotto too.

I failed to see any sand castles along the beach, I hope by next year I can find them when I visit the island again…
