Takatack Online Shopping Review

Ahhh.. It's been a while since my last post about shopping. I have been on a really tight budget these days. Hahahha.

Tonight is for my experience on Takatack. I have heard about this site many times previously but did not bother to go shopping on here because I just got used to Lazada or Zalora.

It was just a good timing that after the first item I bought from them, that weekend they were having a 40% off. Lucky me! I get to buy my induction cooker at a really good price. Good thing I was not tempted to buy the induction cooker while I was at the mall because I was trying to save with the 250 discount vouchers I had. Good thing come to those who wait. Hehehehe.

Thank you so much for the 1918.00 discount!! I think I now have a new favorite go to online shopping site. Hehehe.

My only problem right now is that my Shopback credits for this purchase is still not being shown on my account. I had 3 purchase from them over the past week, one arrived after 7 days, the induction cooker is scheduled to be delivered tomorrow, the 3rd one I have no clue what’s the status now.

Nonetheless, I am happy with all my purchases with Takatack. Sana more promos pa

Update: 7-27-2016

Got my induction cooker. :)

Also, shopback rewards are credited after your order has been delivered. :)

Happy Shopper here! :)

Shopback Review

Have you ever heard about shopback.ph?

It's actually the first time I have read about it when I receive the email from BPI Cards inviting me to register with shopback.ph

What is Shopback.ph anyways? It works like a rebates program when you shop online like Lazada, Zalora, Luxola, etc. You can actually find the list of stores when click on their website.

As a frequent shopper on Lazada, this program is actually a dream come true for me. Haha. I was actually hoping for Lazada to come up with rewards program for their frequent users where I can get rebates every time I order. I was really happy when I read the email. Plus, it also works with Zalora, Agoda, Booking and many more.

Though I still haven't tried making withdrawals with my rebates, I feel assured that this program is not a scam since it was BPI who led me here. Hahaha. I will update this post once I can have my first cash out. The rebates are still on pending status and I still have to wait 60 days until it is cleared for cash out.

You have several options for cash out. As of this writing, you can cash out via Paypal, BPI, BDO and Metrobank. I think I will choose Paypal in the future for withdrawing my rebates.

To make sure you get cashback when you shop online, make sure you are logged in and start with Shopback.ph then select the online store you want to shop. Before shopback.ph will navigate you to the online store, make sure to read the reminders. Only use 1 window throughout the process.

Transaction will reflect usually within 24 hours and clearing for cash out takes 60 days. As for Lazada, I usually get an email with 2-6 hours after my purchase. Again, I repeat

IMPORTANT: For successful Cashback, stay within the redirected tab till purchase

If you are a frequent online shopper like me, join Shopback now and get (P150 sign-up) P100 sign up bonus and start earning rebates for every purchase. Sign up bonus reduced to 100 recently. Just click the link below.

My First Payout
(Update 1-26-2016 )

As you can see below is my proof that I was able to cash out my 1000+ earned on cashback.

I chose Paypal since the bank option would take longer. I actually get better rebates on Shopback than my cashback credit card. So yeah, it is legit.

If you are happy with this post, you can thank me on the comments below! ;D Happy Shopping!

ShopBack Chrome Extension
(Update 3-29-2016 )

Gladly Shopback have added Shopback Cashback buddy extensions where you can install on Chrome and Safari. This extension help you not to miss your cashback when you shop online. If the online store you are viewing is a partner, simply click on the extension to activate cashback in just one click.

To install the extension, click on shopback.ph/cashback-button.

Thank You BPI Cards!

I have been a BPI credit card holder for more than 2 years now and it is really seldom that I can enjoy their perks for a couple of reason. One, I live in the province. As far as I know, most of the partner establishment where promos and discount privileges are accepted are situated on big cities only. Two, I am not a heavy shopper. It is very seldom that I can claim freebies for their regular promo like free Jollibee or Chowking, etc. as most of my transactions on my card nowadays is just less than 2500 pesos.

And out of the blue, tsaddaaa!
They gave me a P500 gift certificate for ZALORA PH with no minimum spend. I was so happy upon receiving this few days ago. I have been looking for a new gym bag for a few weeks now but since most of the bags that I like are quite expensive I was still saving for it. Luckily, BPI was just in time, and gave me a ZALORA PH certificate. And without many thoughts, I used it right away. hahaha!

And I decide to buy a backpack from Nike. Quality wise, I know Nike bags is not on the top but I still bought it because it is spacious and very light. Just perfect for my gym items during weekends. My boyfriend had a Nike bag that we also bought from ZALORA PH a few years ago. So I quite expect what quality I would get from this one.

Online it is marked as yellow but upon arrival it is neon, which I am okay with. It is lively and is almost 50% off. :) So I can't complain more! Hahaha

As always, a hassle free shopping with ZALORA PH and got the item delivered in just 4 days.

If you are also planning to purchase on Zalora Ph, you can use discount code ZBAPZSFT and enjoy 15% off.

Thank you BPI and ZALORA PH.

Happy customer! :)

February Haul: Missha Goodies

Ahhhhhwww. Finally, this batch just arrived in time. This is actually part of my Christmas shopping for my Korean skin care and just been delivered this month. Sales and promos, I easily get brain-washed with such marketing. Though I ended up almost broke, but it was fun. Hehe!

Ssaera's February haul
Just to clarify it with you guys, I don't spend on products just to make a review on them. I intend and actually use them. Some of the products are actually new to me so I have to be cautious as I have a very sensitive skin. It may take a while before I can try them all (and I can't wait to try them all!) One by one, I will incorporate them on my routine, that way it will be easier for me to see any good and bad reaction. It had to be boxed coz the Missha gift sets won't fit the pouches.

The freebie samplers, pepero and the pouch is a gift. Happy customer here... :) The freebies are addicting you know. I am actually more excited to see what freebies I would get on my orders. Haha!

I have here:

> Missha Pure Source Sheet Masks Tea Tree and Pearl
> Missha Near Skin Firming Peptide Gift Set
> Missha Time Revolution Ampoule and Essence Gift Set
> Missha Super Aqua D-Tox Peeling Gel
> Missha M Perfect Cover BB Cream #23
> Missha Time Revolution White Cute Science Blanc Spot Eraser
> Missha M Prism Luminous Mist
> Missha Soothing Care Lip Scrub
> Nature Republic Aloe Vera Soothing Gel (3 tubs for my hair, mom also uses them too)
> Innisfree No-Sebum Mineral Powder
> And those samplers... which I am so happy to collect. They are very handy during travels.

Missha Near Skin Firming Peptide Set. Ain't they gorgeous?

Missha had a 40% off sale that time so I was like oh get me this and this and this one too and blah.. Aside from that, Missha is my first love on Korean Skin Care products, their products just go pretty well on my sensitive skin. Even their Pure Source Tea Tree Mask is really effective on me compared to Etude House which I had last December. I had a bad break out lately and I am not sure what caused it and I haven't change anything on my routine. Glad the Tea Tree Mask helped me control the redness. And this box came just right on time as I only have one Pure Source Tea Tree masks left on my treasure chest. I will make a proper review on that when I get the chance next week.

So there you have it, my investment for this month! :)

January Haul: Missha Love

So my orders from Korea is here! It's a Missha filled box.

On my box:

- Missha Near Skin Firming Peptide Concentrating Emulsion
- Missha Near Skin Firming Peptide Extra Vital Toner
- Missha Creamy Latte Green Tea Cleansing Foam
- Missha Creamy Latte Chocolate Cleansing Foam
- Missha Super Aqua Refreshing Cleansing Foam
- Missha Pure Source Sheet Masks Tea Tree and Pearl
- Nature Republic The First Essence

And some goodies.... and more freebies...
- Etude House - Collagen Moistful Trial Kit, Age Defense Softener and Emulsion Trial Set, Happy Cleansing Foam
- Missha - TR Cream Youth, Make-up Remover Tissue, Glam Art Rouge ,SA D-tox peeling gel, Night Repair Ampoule
- Tony Moly BB Cream and Red Appletox Honey Cream
- Clio Lipnicure and Gel Presso Gel Liner
- Peripera Peri's Tint
- And some which I forgot

Freebies makes me want to buy more! Hahahaha... Actually I like getting trial kits specially the ones that I use as they come in handy during travels or on weekend getaways. I do not need to bring the heavy bottles with me.

I am actually really excited for this set because of the Near Skin Firming Peptide set where I am dying to try it on full bottles and see it's magic if used for a longer period of time. I tried the trial kits and I was really impressed that I had to order the full size.

My cleansing foam is good for a 1 year supply. I don't have to worry if there is zombie apocalypse coming. :D Naaah, I am actually giving it to my mom if she is interested in using it. My mom has a perfect skin, she doesn't put on anything on her face but still maintain a fair skin until now. The gene that I never had from her. Younger bro got that lucky gene from mom and I hate him for that reason! (Bitter!!).

And a lot of sheet mask. I also promised myself that I'll be using sheet mask regularly so I bought a lot and more coming. Seller actually asked me if Missha Mask are that really great why I am buying a lot of it (and more to come!). That made me think too why I prefer Missha. It's actually the first brand from Korea that I used and never had problems with. Probably that's why I like using anything from Missha. Also, the essence from their mask is not too thick compared to Etude House so it absorbs faster on my skin.

So much to love on this box.

My Korean Skin Care Haul (December)

This is actually my first Korean skin care haul like buying all kinds of stuff to try on.

No it's not, this is not my first time buying a Korean skin care. I started with BB creams then mask sheets etc but only 1 product at a time because they're too expensive here in the Philippines. This time I got so impulsive and felt so excited finding someone selling online for a lower price than buying at a mall. I ended up hauling products.

On my bag:

1. Laneige Power Essential Skin Refiner: Sensitive
2. Nature Republic Botanical Tint Mousse SPF15 (Coral and Strawberry)
3. The Faceshop Clean Face Oil Control BB Cream
4. The Faceshop Clean Face Spot Corrector

The Kerasys Shampoo and Bar Soap was a freebie from my friendly seller. And also the samplers I got from him as gift too. Thanks so much!

I have waited for like a more than a month to get my hands on these products and I am so excited to start using them all. The first to try on my list is the Laneige Power Essential Skin Refiner: Sensitive since my Missha Toner is almost running out. I just can't wait to try it.

My second bag for next month's order will be a Missha filled haul. I am also uber excited for that. :))

And that doesn't end here yet for this month. When I went to Cebu for a short Christmas holiday, I also did some shopping at Etude House and Missha. I just can't resist the urge to shop every time I pass by their store. (Hello Princess!)

Korean Haul

On my Etude House bag:

1. Milky You Cleansing Milk
2. AC Clinic Intense Red Spot Balm with Cleansing Foam
3. AC Clinic Extractor
4.Tea Tree Mask Sheet
5. Pearl Mask Sheet
6. Bright Eyes Patch
7. Don't Worry Happy Change Lip Balm

Plus I got a Wonder Pore toner and lip tint samplers as a freebie. Also got a Pink Card membership. I actually like their pink card. I think this is actually granted to customers for free when your purchase reach their required amount. The pink card is actually a rewards program for Etude House PH princesses wherein when you shop at a minimum of 100, you will get a rebate of 2%. When your points accumulate, you can use it to purchase at Etude House PH stores nationwide. Plus the design is so lovely and elegant.

Then I passed by Missha kiosk and actually bought the full size Missha Super Aqua Cleansing Foam which is very expensive compared to buying online. But of course you don't have to wait for a month to get your item, if you really need the product and don't mind paying the price. Who cares right? Had no choice but to buy it actually coz my travel size is almost empty and it wouldn't last until January I think. The full size is actually really huge and would last for months on me.

Missha Super Aqua Cleansing Foam

I also got these Papaya soap from Yanhee, Thailand. These are not Korean but I just want to include them though. I ordered them at 120 each tub from my college friend who is now working in Thailand. I can't wait to try them too. :)

Yanhee Papaya Soap

And lastly some Nature Republic products from Lazada, the Water Tint #02 and Aloe Vera soothing gel.

Nature Republic and Water Tint #02 and Aloe Vera Soothing Gel

I ended up broke going home... Hahaha. Retail therapy doesn't always help. But I was enjoying it. Just can't wait to try them all...

Zalora Philippines Online Shopping Review

As you know, I love online shopping when I am stressed. And one of my favorite online shops to visit is Zalora. I have made several successful purchases at zalora but never really had a chance to properly review everything.

What I love shopping at Zalora is that they give out coupon codes and discounts from time to time. :) Since they started in the Philippines, now their site has grown. They have added more brands to their list like Mango, River Island and more. They even upgraded their website which is now better than before. Just my thoughts though because I can now view the website even with a slow internet connection.

The common question for most is, is it legit? Of course it is. As far as I know, Zalora is a big online shopping company in Asia. If you have no credit card  or PayPal, it is not a problem. They offer COD payments too.

Delivery time usually takes 7 days from my experience since I am from the province. One of the things I love about shopping at Zalora is items ordered, no matter the size, they will always come in Zalora box and not just wrapped with anything. This way I know that my orders are safe.
This Christmas season, if you have no time to shop on department stores, Zalora is a perfect choice to shop your gifts and everything else. Highly recommended!

Enjoy 15% discount when you shop at Zalora, just use the code ZBAPZSFT. You can even share it with your friends.

Little Emily Online Shop Review

I have not shopped here recently but I just wanted to share my thoughts about it.

I have been a customer of Little Emily Shop even during the multiply.com existence. But after it shutdown, I was glad that they put up their own domain to cater their customers from multiply. You can check their online shop here Little Emily Shop.

What I like about this shop is that they offer wholesale price, which means you can get it cheaper compared to the retail prices but of course with a minimum number of orders required. I was a hoarder back then, and online shopping is the best way to satisfy my thirst as it is the most accessible way for me.

They sell all kinds of products, from memo pads to stickers to accessories to dress. Most of the items are really cute too. The site is easy to navigate and really simple. They also accept re-sellers.

On top of that, the thing that you will love most about the shop is the affordable prices they offer. You can save more if you buy from them especially those Asian dresses sold on wholesaler sites from China. Though it is not as affordable compared to what you see on those sites but you get to save the expensive shipping fee and Customs Tax. I can still remember, some sellers you can find on Facebook display almost similar items which are very pricey, for a maxi dress you are billed 700-900. Such a pain in my wallet.

If you are from Philippines, and planned to shop on one of those wholesaler websites from China or Hong Kong, might as well buy it from Little Emily Shop, you will get the same quality of goods and be saved from Customs Tax. It's more convenient and fast plus you can save with the shipping fee. They use Xend Express so if you are from provincial areas like me, most likely your order will arrive 2 days after it is shipped.

These shoeboxes are from Little Emily Shop, I bought it few months back. It's 30+ something each box compared 50+ each box when you buy it from retails or somewhere else.

Sadly, their website does not accept credit card payments but I hope they will add it in the future. However if you have linked your card to your PayPal account, then just pay through PayPal, it will be deducted to your card if your PayPal is not funded.

But overall, I always love shopping with Little Emily.

Update 2.25.15

So I thought this deserves an update. Right now, I think this shop has been focusing on selling  ladies wears. I am still shopping with them from time to time. As usual, order and and payment processing is fast, but since they deliver their orders through Xend, it takes 4-5 days before I can get the item. It still annoys me though why it is taking that long, I would be very lucky if I receive the orders after 3 days.

Customer support is fast, if you need something to be change in your order, you will receive a reply from them within the except Holidays and Sundays.

The items are non branded so you can't expect a high end quality of their item, some are good and some are not. Some of their dresses are very nice though. Sizes are mostly based on Asian women so if you are petite like me, it will be a very good fit.

Those are some of my favorites from them. :)

Fashion71.net Review

Category: Internet Shopping

I have always been curious how to order dresses from China. Even before I was planning to start a RTW online shop, I have already bumped into several whole sale websites I can find online. But I get hesitant to buy since it’s from China and we all know that purchasing from abroad will some Customs Tax when delivered that is why I backed out.

Just now I’ve got some penny to spare, I tried ordering to one of the many websites I have bumped into. Fashion71.net also sells items from China and claimed to be at a wholesale price. But then I think their price is a bit higher compared to one of the sites I have found but I’m not gonna mention. What makes me order from this is their lower charge for shipping, which is I am more concerned with.

I first search for reliable reviews online about this site and found one which I forgot the link. She ordered and got it delivered after a week. Then I tried to make my own order for a couple of dresses and use DPEX as my courier. The dresses were of good quality, it’s the same one we see on malls too. The local courier who delivered was LBC, I think they are tied-up with DPEX or Toll Express, whatever it is.

And what is the thing I was most happy about? There was no Customs Tax! I guess I’ll be shopping again at Fashion71.net.

zalora.com.ph MKGCEBU Sale

How many of us here enjoyed shopping at zalora.com.ph using the MKGCEBU coupon from Cebu Pacific? How much have you spent and save?

Me? I bought a lot, from shoes to dress to lotion! It’s 50% percent off on top of the discounts. So its double discount from my point of view! I’m just a happy shopper.

I shared the good to news to my brother and also to my BF, they also decided to purchase. Bro bought a Levi’s shoes and a Spyder Sunglasses and BF purchased 3 Maui and Sons Surfer shorts, Nike Tees, and a Maui and Sons Surfer Tees. I also attached some items along with their orders (hihihihi), Tops from Bayo and f.101, chemise from Underneath, Halo Laptop Bag, and a connector ring.

BF and bro was hesitant at first because they were concerned with the authenticity of the products, but still I was able to persuade them. My order was first to arrived and showed them my items, all are in good condition, authentic and is packed properly to make sure it arrives to you in good condition.

all these for 1800 php only :)
The 3 of us want to thank both zalora.com.ph and Cebu Pacific for the sale. I hope in the future you will also offer discounts like this that is not only available for first time customers but also to your existing customers. J

Groupon.ph Did It Again - Delivery failed!

Category: Internet Shopping

I already had a bad experience with groupon.ph previously with a very late delivery. And now, they did it again, almost 3 months from expected date of delivery and still nothing has been received. I contacted their support through facebook, and it’s so funny when they replied that the item is for OTD, which when I asked the representative what does OTD means and replied that it stands for On-Time Delivery when it’s already very late.

It’s very frustrating and annoying when other group buying companies can manage on time deliveries and then groupon.ph always never fail to deliver it late – or never delivers. Right now I doubt it if I can really receive my order. This site is really out on my shopping sites!

Update: 1-10-13

Whoah! After sending numerous email and getting the same reply from their support. My item finally arrived! Why do I have to pay P60? Hay naku! Gikapoy nako sa ilang pamaagi!

I super love Soak Swimwear with its high class quality and classy designs. It’s a quality you can’t resist. Recently, I bought 2 sets of swimwear from their 500 Peso Sale Online. And here’s my French Riviera Turquoise Floral.

What I like about Cocomo Swimwears is that their designs are great plus, for such a high-end quality swimwear, the price is not too steep when it is not on sale. AirPhil Express and MLhuillier

Category: Internet
Type: Online Services

I was booking for flight at Airphil Express website when I saw this new feature on their payment option. I was so glad upon knowing that you can now pay your Airphil bookings even if you don’t own any credit card. I can now pay my bookings with MLhuillier Pawnshops.  Though I haven’t tried this third party payment option yet, but I think this can be very helpful since MLhuillier Pawnshops are everywhere nowadays. I am delighted for this upgrade!
