Groupon.ph Did It Again - Delivery failed!

I already had a bad experience with groupon.ph previously with a very late delivery. And now, they did it again, almost 3 months from expected date of delivery and still nothing has been received. I contacted their support through facebook, and it’s so funny when they replied that the item is for OTD, which when I asked the representative what does OTD means and replied that it stands for On-Time Delivery when it’s already very late.

It’s very frustrating and annoying when other group buying companies can manage on time deliveries and then groupon.ph always never fail to deliver it late – or never delivers. Right now I doubt it if I can really receive my order. This site is really out on my shopping sites!

Update: 1-10-13

Whoah! After sending numerous email and getting the same reply from their support. My item finally arrived! Why do I have to pay P60? Hay naku! Gikapoy nako sa ilang pamaagi!

Groupon Hassles

I love Groupon! I love their getaways deals and shopping deals. But just recently, I have this problem about their service. I still have an undelivered item from them and it’s already 1 month overdue.  My Sandisk USB!

I am already tired getting updates and they always tell me they have already called the merchant, the delivery is still ongoing, or they will address this to their supervisor, blah blah!

I know a lot of people out there have the same issues too. Now that I have thought about it, though Groupon is good site to look for deals, but always think twice if you are trying to buy from them especially for the items that are marked as FREE DELIVERY.

It will never be delivered!

So as my lesson learned, I am buying deals that are for delivery from Cashcashpinoy or eBay Kuponan. They are always on schedule and never late. You are assured that your item will be delivered on time. No hassles! J


Update: May 8, 2012


My item has been delivered way past the scheduled time frame... I am not sure if who is at fault, my receipt from Air21 says that the Shipment date was 2012-4-11 (but noticed it has been tampered) and received it May 8. Groupon also said they have updated their system. I hope this includes on-time delivery. But still be careful because...

I’m a fan of group buying sites. I bought several products from different group buying sites and I would say you can really save (that if you check what you are buying). Even online, I shop a lot. Just recently, I noticed these 2 different sites offering the same item at a different price. Which one would you choose?

I bought this item from cashcashpinoy.com. Aside from it is cheaper than the other, it also offers a free delivery nationwide! This can be advantageous for me who live outside from Manila. Now I just have to for about a month to have my item delivered at my doorstep.

Ebay Kuponan: Victoria’s Secret Body Splash Deal

Deal: Get 2 bottles of Victoria’s Secret Body Splash “Endless Love” now for only P499 (valued at 1000). It will definitely moisturize and soothe your skin after shower or bath or anytime you feel the irresistible scent!

I bought this deal last week on Ebay Kuponan. I was happy when they sent it ahead of scheduled date they publish on the site. I’m just a bit disappointed when I tried the product. I don’t think it is a US version. The fragrance is not as strong like what my aunt gave me. 

Probably that’s why it so cheap.  

Has anybody else bought this deal? What do you think guys? I think it is not authentic from US.
